He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Collins and Mildred Collins; and his siblings, Donald Collins and Daphne Lewis. He is survived by: his spouse JoAnne Julsen; his children, Tim Collins (Jackie) of Meadow Grove, Peg Nolan of Omaha, Jay Collins (Laure) of Pierce and Val Collins (Karen) of Omaha; his stepson Rod Julsen (Yvonne) of Newman Grove; and his brother Bob Collins (De Voe) of Florida. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
