He is survived by: his children, Emily Gilstrap (Wes) of York and Jason Burhoop of Omaha; his granddaughter Emma Burhoop-Jackson of York; his sons, Noah Burhoop-Jackson of York and Liam Burhoop-Jackson of York; and his former wife Neta Burhoop of Grand Island, NE..
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Metz Mortuary (109 S Lincoln Ave, York, NE 68467). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Metz Chapel (109 S Lincoln Ave, York, NE 68467).
