He is survived by: his mother Vickie L. Cook (Province); his nephew Emmett James Laya; his wife Jenny L. Lukas; his sister Cristy Laya (Joshua); his half-sisters, Tami, Susan and Nancy; his siblings-in-law, Amy Wherley and Ryan Lukas; his stepsister Jessica Beschnet; his parents-in-law, Vickie Ortiz (David) and Mike Lukas (Sherri); his aunts, Connie Quaduor, Barb Parks and Jeanette Miller; his uncle Gary Parks (Sandy); and also, Matt Ortiz (Alexis), Kelsey Plankinhorn (Evan) and Irma Parks. He is also survived by numerous cousins and their children; and so many friends.
