He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Christie and Clara Christie (Schoonover); his wife Carolyn King; his parents-in-law, Ralph and Phyllis King; and his brother-in-law Marty Huxoll.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Henggeler of McCook, Rob Christie of Holton and Kara Walker (Shannon) of Hastings; his grandchildren, Ashley Brown, Jacob Brown, Lawrence Walker, Jessica Walker and Christopher Walker; his great grandchildren, Athena, Autumn and Easton Barney; and his sister-in-law Brenda Huxoll. He is also survived by his nephews, cousins, and friends.
