He is survived by: his brother Head of St. Andrew's; his daughter Teresa Slaby; his granddaughter Danielle Slaby (Jesse Geshler); his great grandchild Waylan; his grandson John Slaby; his daughter Sara (Garrick Walker); his grandchild Crew; his children, Jake Eastman, Courtney Eastman, Spencer and Olivia Cappel; his grandchild Beckett; his children, Stuart Johnson and Lexi Johnson; his grandson Liam; his children, Skyler Johnson, Lindi (Andy Eschliman) and Laini Johnson; and his siblings, Dennis Johnson (Loni), Carol Kelley and Sharon Schomberg (Aaron). He is also survived by his kids and mentor to his grandchildren.
