He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Meints and Wilma Meints (Handle). He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Brown-Meints of McCook; his son Chris Meints of Valparaiso, Indiana; his granddaughters, Samantha Buhler (Mike) of Boston and Shelby Hooper (Mitch) of Salcha, Alaska; and his great grandchild Henry Buhler.
