It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Paul R. Confer (McCook, Nebraska), who passed away on December 20, 2018, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orman Confer and Jessie Confer; his wives, Zelma Confer and Lillian Confer; and his siblings, Alice Wallen (Lynn), Claude Confer (Esther), Fay Bailey (Earl), Merle Confer (Dorothy), Gladys Graves (Marvin) and Norma Bradshaw (Harold Confer).

He is survived by: his nephews, Robert Smith, Bob Smith (Marie) of Culbertson, Bobby Johnson (Becky) of Wichita, KS and Kent Confer (Anne) of McCook; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Confer of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
