She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard A. Simants and Elizabeth Ann Simants (Wells); and her brother Richard Simants. She is survived by: her husband Gary Hanken of McCook; her children, Dennis Decker (Kristin) of Eagle, ID, Randy Decker of McCook, James Baxter (Renee) of Forney, TX and Rebecca Gloe (Kelsey) of North Platte, NE; and her brother Dan Simants (Heather) of Fairbanks, AK. She is also survived by her six grandchildren.
