She is survived by: her children, Jim Melchert (Jan) of Yucca Valley, CA., Jolene Stalker of Grand Island and John Melchert (Galen) of New York, NY; her grandchildren, Kelly Madden (Brandi) and Kris Madden (Adrian); and her great grandchildren, Tanner, Riley, Kennedy and Kyah. She is also survived by her parents, husband.
