He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Frank and Gladys Frank (Turpin); his parents-in-law, Harry E. Sr. and Opal Smith; his sisters, Marlene Foster (Byron) and Donna Mae Frank; and his daughter-in-law Tara.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine L. Smith of McCook; his brother William Frank (Evelyn) of Carpenter, Wyoming; and his children, Diane Marr (Steve) of McCook, Dennis Frank of Greeley, Colorado, Doug Frank (Linda) of McCook and Scott Frank (Jodi) of Fort Worth, Texas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorials are suggested to Home Health and Hospice of McCook or to a charity of the donor's choice in his name.
