She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Brown, Sr. (Kauk) and Harold Brown; her husband Arthur Phelps; and her brother Harold Brown, Jr.. She is survived by: her sister LaVon Libert of Norman, OK; and her nephew Leroy Brown (Marcia) of Prague, NE. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
Memorials may be given in her name to Memorial United Methodist Church.
