With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lewis I. Palmer of McCook, Nebraska, born in Wilsonville, Nebraska, who passed away on February 6, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Palmer and Nellie L. Palmer (Henry); his siblings, Wanda Shelley, Jeanette Hollinger, Larry Palmer and Keith Palmer; and his sons-in-law, John Wendel and Don Ruggles.
He is survived by: his wife Jane M. Palmer (Kircher) of McCook; and his children, Vicky Young (Delton) of McCook, Theresa Ruggles of McCook, Brenda Liess (Dennis) of McCook, Julie Wendel (Brad Schow) of American Fork, UT and Bradley Palmer (Teresa) of Tiffin, IA. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; thirty-two great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
