She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Berndt and Elsie Berndt (Wesch); her husband Cecil; her sisters, Marjorie Meixner (Harold), Bonnie Drews (Melvin) and Thelma Hawkins (Tom); and her brother-in-law Gordon Nelson.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Nelson and Gene Nelson; her grandchildren, Melissa Nelson, Cameron Nelson (Christy), Karmon Coleman (Clint) and Lesley Borger (Erik); her great grandchildren, Landon, Bryce, Walker, Emersyn, Magnus and Maria; and her siblings, Arthur Berndt (Judy) and Lois Nelson. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
