He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Pinkerton; his son Clayton Pierson; and his grandparents, Harry and Bessie Hendrix. He is survived by: his mother Judy Hendrix of Benkelman; his wife Kimberly Pinkerton (Wurm) of McCook; his children, Whitney Weyeneth (Isaac), Chase Pierson (Mariah) and Kinsley Gehle (Corban); his grandchildren, Joshua, Micah, David, Hadassah, Hannah Weyeneth, Sophia, Emma and Maddyn Pierson; and his siblings, Barry Hendrix (Jenniffer Morrison), Billy Aeby (Leslie) and Stehanie Aeby.
Memorials are suggested to the family of Jeff Pinkerton for future designation.
