He is survived by: his wife Margaret Alma Applegarth; his sister Linda Cleveland (Larry); his children, Rebecca Mayhew, Joseph "Jody" Applegarth (Sheryl) and Floyd Daniel "Danny" Applegarth; and his grandchildren, Harmony Brown (Sergio Robles), Jesse Gaspers, Becky Harris (Derek), Nicky Banzhaf (Zach), Jazmin Blanch (Kevin) and Daniel Dean "Dexter" Applegarth (Sydney Brown).
