He was predeceased by: his parents, Ennis Talley and Minnie Talley (Morthole); his siblings, Stanley, Eileen Porter and Maxine Riley; and his grandson Baby Mark Talley.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda Ferguson Talley; his child H. Mark; and his brother Paul Talley (Roseanne) of Texas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family members and friends.
