He is survived by: his wife Barbara Erdkamp (Smith) of McCook; his children, Beverly Schlager (Russ) of Rollinsville, CO, Lynda Weiman of Litteton, CO, Rebecca Damoude (Brad) of Hershey and Larry Hein of McCook; his stepson Robert Holmes (Tammy) of Severn, MD; his siblings, Robert Hein (Jan) of McCook, Eugene Baumfalk (Cleta) of McCook, Joan Mills of McCook and Janice Kraus of Ogallala; and his siblings-in-law, Sam Smith of McCook and Betty Collins (Ted). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren, 1 step great grandson.
