She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry E. Sr. Smith and Opal Smith (McCord); her husband Marvin L. Frank; her parents-in-law, Jesse and Gladys Frank; her brothers, Harry Jr. (Mary) and Donald (Jeanne); her brother-in-law Charles Klinkebiel; and her daughter-in-law Tara.
She is survived by: her sister Bonnie Klinkebiel of Golden, Colorado; and her children, Diane Marr (Steven) of McCook, Dennis Frank of Greeley, Colorado, Doug Frank (Linda) of McCook and Scott Frank (Jodi) of Fort Worth, Texas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
