She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Theodore and Ruby McKenna (Rolland); and her siblings, Edward McKenna and Pat Hartzog. She is survived by: her former husband Robert Chambers; her children, Robert Chambers (Julie) of Conifer, Colorado, Barbara Higgins of Treasure Island, Florida, Don Chambers (Mary Jo) of Hays, Kansas, Jerry Chambers (Frani) of McCook, Janet Haag (Dick) of Indianola, Nebraska, Anita Chambers of McCook and Doug Chambers (Rhonda) of Culpeper, Virginia; and her sister-in-law Gloria McKenna of Colby, Kansas.. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to the McCook Humane Society in Donna's name.
