He is survived by: his wife Theresa Jane Ruggles (Orvis) of McCook; his children, Luke Ruggles (Leah) of WaKeeney, KS, Landon Ruggles (Hailey) of WaKeeney, KS, Lesley Ruggles (Adam Kruger) of Omaha, NE and Lauren Skolout (Clayton) of McCook; and his grandchildren, Kaiden, Krayton, Kristen, Camlyn and Paisyn.
