He is survived by: his uncles, Doug and Roger Dame; his parents, Cindy Dame (Novak) and Dave Dame of McCook; his sister Chelsey (Cody Feeken) of Burwell, Nebraska; and his nephew Conley Feeken. He is also survived by his uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
