It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis McFarland (McCook, Nebraska), who passed away on November 10, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Dennis may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his father Lewis McFarland; his father-in-law Carl Jolly; and his grandmother Mildred Wolfe. He is survived by: his wife Linda Jolly; his children, Megan (Omaha) and Les (Lincoln); his mother LaVeda McFarland; his brothers-in-law, Dean Jolly (Rhonda) and Carrol Jolly (Kathy); and his granddaughter Braelyn Dunworth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great niece and nephews and great-great nieces and nephew.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the McCook Christian Church (507 W B St, McCook, NE 69001).
