She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; and her children, Joseph, Danny, Tommy and Maureen.

She is survived by: her children, Peggy Rogers (Dick), Patty O'Neil, Rosemary Dack (George), Timmy O'Neil, Annie Carlson (Alan) and Dennis O'Neil; her grandchildren, Bridget, Joshua, Shostal, Nick, Maggie, Kyle, Emily, Clint, Dylan, Luke, Matt, Sam, Katie and Kobi; her great grandchildren, Alissa, Bailey, Wyatt, Mckennly, Levi, Lucius, Thomas, Aviana, Osias and Bronson; and also Bill O'Neil.

Because Katie loved her cats and dogs, a donation in her memory to McCook Humane Society is suggested in lieu of flowers.
