He was predeceased by: his wife Vivian Douglas; his parents, George Douglas and Dorothy Douglas; his brother George Douglas; his grandson Gavin; and his son-in-law Jeffrey Hall.

He is survived by: his children, Robin Douglas-Lundy (Wayne), Rebecca Hall and Lee Douglas (Denise). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and many other friends and family.
