He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Stevens and Gertrude Stevens; his parents-in-law, Robert and Dorothy Miller; and his sisters, Elva Price, Mildred Wright, Mary Crone and Tammy Stevens.

He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Dottie Young (Chris) of Hallam, NE and Julie Stevens (Michael Smith) of China Grove, NC; his siblings, Margery Pickett of Gooding, ID, Janice O'Connor of Lincoln, NE, Ruth King (Bill) of Buffalo, MO, Bonnie Vaugh of Rural Hall, NC, Helen Matson of Beggs, OK, Betty Minor (Don) of Rossville, GA, Laura Brogan of McDonald, KS, Sye Stevens (Sherry) of Phoenix, AR, Earl Stevens of McDonald, KS and John Stevens (Lynette) of Doylestown, OH; and his close friend Kayla. He is also survived by many other family members, countless special friends.
