Darrel Yost Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2023, at the age of 80, Darrel Yost of Madrid, Nebraska, born in Moundridge, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Aaron and Frieda Yost (Becker); his son-in-law Harold Zimmerman; and his grandson Brycen Yost. He is survived by: his wife Helen Yost of Madrid; his children, Debra Bender (Amos) of Minerva, OH, Sharon Zimmerman of Madrid, Connie Bender (Ezra) of Barron, Julie Dejax (Brad) of Vanderhoof, BC, Denise Unruh (Perry) of Madrid, Keith Yost (Marita) of Madrid and Merlin Yost (Rachelle) of Del Norte; and his siblings, David of Moundridge, KS, John of Moundridge, KS and Marlene Nightingale of Stover, MO. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A memorial has been established in Darrel's memory for later designation.
