He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Nahrstedt and Stella Nahrstedt (Purdy); his siblings, Mary Ellen Russell (Boyd) and Dale Nahrstedt; his brothers-in-law, Gerald Radant and Boyd Russell; and his great grandchild Corban Nahrstedt.
He is survived by: his wife Harriett Nahrstedt of Madison, NE; his children, Mike Nahrstedt (LaRene) of Madison and Sheri Anderson (Tom) of Morristown, NJ; his sister Irma Jean Radant; and his sister-in-law Betty Nahrstedt. He is also survived by two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren and eight step-great-grandchildren.
