She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Polak and Francis Polak (Lancova); her husband Jerry Vasicek; her siblings, Betty Manchester, Frank, Hank and Joe Polak; her son Roger Vasicek; and her grandson Matthew Rakowsky.

She is survived by: her children, Beverly, Bob Ellis, Charlene, Mark Rakowsky and Jerry Vasicek, Jr. (Galla Pleskac Smith). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
