He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Oscar and Laura Heller; and his parents-in-law, Otto and Adelyn Schulz. He is survived by: his wife Sharilyn Heller (Schulz); his children, Sara Jones (Heller) and Travis Heller; his son-in-law Colby Jones; his grandsons, Peyton Jones and Easton Jones; his mother LaVina Flowers (Heller); and his brother Daniel Heller. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
