He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary E. (Tippery) and Richard F. Pounds, Sr.; and his siblings, Gerald Pounds, Richard "Swede" Pounds, Stanley "Glen" Pounds, Margaret Pounds (Emery) and Violet Fern Pounds.
He is survived by: his wife Venita; his children, Dee Maly of Lincoln, NE, Rich Pounds of Lyons, Jason Pounds (Natalie) of Lincoln and Jerrod Pounds (Cindy) of Olathe, KS; his grandchildren, Josh Maly (Denikka) of San Diego, CA, Trent Maly (Tiffany) of Lincoln, Abe Maly (Bobbi) of Lincoln, Leighton Pounds of Olathe, Ashlynn Pounds of Olathe and Brynnan Pounds of Olathe; and his great grandchildren, Kane Maly of Lincoln, Maddux Maly of Lincoln, Malachi Maly of Lincoln, Elijah Maly of Lincoln and Judah Maly of Lincoln. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
