He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Dominic and Margaret Jungers (Niichel); his son Daron Lee; his siblings, Tom and Betty; his brother-in-law Kenneth Koob; his nephew Gregory Koob; and his great-niece Isabelle Koob.
He is survived by: his son Chadwick Jungers (Stacy); his grandson Cody Jungers (Alexa); his great grandchild Amelia Marie Jungers; his siblings, Johanna Koob of Sioux City, IA, Fred (Elaine) of Sheldon, IA, Terry (Carol) of Hospers and Mark (Sheila) of Sioux City; his sister-in-law Karin Jungers; and his friend Rick Oltrogge.
After retiring from teaching in 2003, Paul became a substitute teacher for the Lyons and Oakland Schools until COVID-19.
