She is survived by: her husband Darold Hoffman; her children, Shelly Witt of Gilbert, IA, Michael Witt (Shelley) of Phoenix, AZ and Kelly Danielson (Julie) of Ashland, NE; and her stepchildren, Monica Samek (Steve) of Omaha, NE, Kelly Hoffman of Reno, NV, Darin Hoffman (Kendra) of Beatrice, NE and David Hoffman (Peggy) of St. Louis, MO. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
