He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Harlan Heiser; his daughter-in-law Josey Kalkowski; and his niece Pamela Kalkowski. He is survived by: his wife Glendora Hull; his children, Kevin Kalkowski (Charlotte), Leann Hiserote (Terry), Kyle Kalkowski, Kreg Kalkowski, Kelly Kalkowski (Dianne), Lynette Bundy (Doug Sullivan), Leah Kayl (Chad) and Kory Kalkowski; and his sister Delores Heiser. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; his brother.
