He was predeceased by: his father Glen A. Stoeger; and his stepfather Lawrence McClure. He is survived by: his mother Norma L. Stoeger (Logan); his wife Jacqueline Turner-Petty; his daughters, Jennifer Hill (Johnathan), Kristy (James McDaniel) and Shannon Scally (Matthew); and his siblings, Glenda Palmer (L. D.) and Charles Stoeger (Debra). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
