He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Dietz and Hazel Dietz (Bouma). He is survived by: his former wife Kathy Dietz (Psota) of Loup City, NE; his children, Jodi Burdick (Dave) of Bartlett, NE, James Dietz (Nicole) of Grand Island, NE and John Dietz (Robyn) of Kearney, NE; and his brothers, Delmer (Denise) of Ord, NE and Paul (Kathy) of Central City, NE. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the United Methodist Church (610 L St, Loup City, NE 68853). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the Dietz family for later designation.
