He was predeceased by: his parents, Klaus H Friesen and Bertha Friesen (Mierau); his parents-in-law, William and Sarah Easterly; his brother Leroy Friesen; his brother-in-law Steven Easterly; and his nephew Gregory Duerksen.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Easterly of Loup City, NE; his children, Lisa, Krysten, Scott, Jeff Marquart of Pleasanton, NE, John Teeter of Clearwater, KS and Stephanie Friesen of Loup City, NE.; his grandchildren, William, Elizabeth, Joshua Roe, Makenzie, Jonathan Teeter, Aleia and Kolton Friesen; his siblings, Marjorie (Harvey Smith), Evelyn (Charles Duerksen), Milford (Jean Friesen), Jim (Peggy Friesen), Vern (Clarice Friesen), Beverly (Bill Brown) and Eleanor (John Pauls); and his sister-in-law Donna Friesen. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and "extra" children.
Face masks are required and all social distancing guidelines will be followed.
