He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldred Clark and Donna Elaine Storm (Tibbles); and his sister Eileen. He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Lanphier of Louisville, Nebraska; his children, Angela Fugate (Joshua) of Omaha, Nebraska, Laura McKeen (Scott) of Louisville, Nebraska and Daniel Storm (Susan) of Gulfport, Mississippi; and his sisters, Corrine Storm of Omaha, Nebraska and Felicia Storm of Omaha, Nebraska. He is also survived by other relatives, and a host of many special friends.
