He was predeceased by: his parents, Craig W. McManis and Grace Rebecca McManis (Judd); his sons, Joseph and Patrick McManis; and his brother Bill McMans.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy McManis; his grandsons, Jessie Harrington (Corrie) and Zachary Harrington; his brother Robert McManis (Carol) of Montrose, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Elouise McManis, Bonnie Klinefelter, Randy and JD Stelmazek of Burnsville, MN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 1:30 PM at the Louisville Methodist Church (222 Walnut St, Louisville, NE 68037). A memorial service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Omaha National Cemetery (14250 Schram Rd, Omaha, NE 68138).
