He was predeceased by: his father George Nowick; his siblings, William Nowick and Elaine Nowick Lewin; and his nephew Mickey Lewin. He is survived by: his brother Willie; his wife Barbara; his stepchildren, Richard Laune (Glenda), Jeanne Laune, Kay Henry (Carlos), Jim Loofe (Annette), Bill Loofe (Kim) and Dee Arias (Pedro); his nieces, Marcia Berlau, Jackie Kamin and Stevie Pessin; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Neily Schoegler, Jodi Kaplan, Nancy Batdorf, John Berlau, Joel Lewin and Gregory Pessin.
