He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Hild and Elsie M. Hild (Dehning); his son Steven John Hild; his brother-in-law Tom Meisinger; and his siblings, Ralph Hild, Dorothy Meisinger and Deloris Pollard.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Hild of Louisville, NE; his daughter Marcia Sutton (Kent) of Plattsmouth, NE; his grandsons, Derek Sutton (Jillanna) and Dylan Sutton (Jordan); his great grandchildren, Leo, Lucy and Stanley; his sister Shirley Burton (Doug) of Hickory, NC; and his siblings-in-law, Maxine Hild of Plattsmouth, NE and James Pollard of Murrieta, CA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
