He is survived by: his close friend Tina Bradley; his daughter Amber; his grandson Jason; his siblings, Pat (Cyndi) of Bayfield, CO, Melissa (Bill) of Hillrose, CO and Melinda (Donny) of McDonald, KS; and also DJ. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
