He was predeceased by: his brother Clair Siroky. He is survived by: his wife Sally Siroky of Linwood; his daughters, Pat Hays (John) of Omaha and Denise Hill (Stephen) of Nashville, TN; his sister-in-law Janice Siroky; and his grandchildren, Alex Hays (Catherine), Lauren Hays and Tyler Hays. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
