He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward F. Humlicek, and Anna Humlicek, Sr. (Oborny); his siblings, Helen Dostal, Ann Voboril and Adolph Humlicek; his brothers-in-law, Dennis Dostal and Jerry Voboril; and his nephew Edward Voboril.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Humlicek of Linwood; his children, Mary Vetick (Tim) of Columbus, Joe Humlicek (Deann Kavan) of Linwood, Gerald Humlicek (Roxy) of Linwood and Gary Humlicek (Brenda) of Linwood; his sister-in-law Bernadine Humlicek of Norfolk; and his grandchildren, Molly, Travis, Maggie, Marissa Vetick, Julie, Curtis Humlicek, Zach Peters, Alexandria Friendt (Caleb) and Ashley Humlicek.
