It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Chromy of Linwood, Nebraska, who passed away on December 17, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Svoboda and Elsie Svoboda (Jakub); her son Raymond; her grandsons, Alan and Joe Chromy; and her in-laws, Jim and Agnes Chromy.
She is survived by: her daughter Irene Chromy of Omaha; her brother-in-law Dr. James Chromy (Carolyn) of Raleigh; her grandsons, Jared Chromy, Zachary Chromy, Rylan Chromy and Doug Brtek (Laura); her great grandchildren, Carson, Jace, Decklyn and Beckett; her granddaughter Lisa Wiseman (Sean); her great grandchildren, Elsie and Maya; her nieces, Jamie Miner (Rick) and Leslie Poli (Jim); her nephew Paul Chromy (Debra); and her cousins, Bill and Teri Chromy.
In lieu of plants, statues and flowers memorials to the family for designation.
