He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin Otte and Esther Otte (Hansen); and his siblings-in-law, Karen Scott and Edward Scott. He is survived by: his wife Lois Meier of Linwood; his children, Wendi Emanuel (Otte) of North Bend and Matt Otte (Ranell) of O'Neill, NE; his grandchildren, Ethan, Marcus Emanuel, William, Emma, Anna, Alex and Laura Otte; and his siblings, Rollie Otte (Mary Ann) of Morse Bluff, Diane Powers of Omaha and Carol Zwickel (George) of Shenandoah, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
