Ruth Schumacher Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2020, at the age of 97, Ruth Schumacher of Lindsay, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" and Eva Klassen (Herchenbach); her husband Gerald Schumacher; her siblings, Ralph, Tommy Klassen, Mary Ann Klassen and Pat Hennessy; her son-in-law Allen Keller; and her great grandchildren, Madison Reynolds, Jacee Gronenthal and Meyer Urban.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Schumacher (Bonnie) of Omaha, NE, Lois Gronenthal (Jim) of Humphrey, NE, Joyce Keller of Humphrey, NE, Roy Schumacher (Jane) of Omaha, NE, Jane Kurtenbach (Harry) of Lindsay, NE, Alan Schumacher (Ina) of Omaha, NE and Carol Heesacker (Randy) of Lincoln, NE; her siblings, Tony Klassen of Albion, NE and Ceil McGill of Walnut, CA; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Schumacher of Lindsay, NE, Rita Schumacher of Columbus, NE and Nell Schumacher of Humphrey, NE. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
Covid-19 DHM's in effect, including social distancing, will be followed at both the wake service and mass.
