She was predeceased by : her parents, Theodore Fehringer and Isabel Fehringer (Heiman); her son Louis Lawrence; and her siblings, Richard and Trudy Fehringer.
She is survived by : her husband Larry Formanek of Lindsay, NE; her children, Laura Boyce (Marty) of Murfreesburo, TN, Leigh Formanek (Daiva) of Cary, NC and LaVonne Guthard (Dennis) of Waverly, NE; her grandchildren, Nathan, Austin Pfeifer, Hailee, Hayden Guthard, Connor and Mason Formanek; her siblings, Fred Fehringer (Verleen) of Newman Grove, NE, Jim Fehringer (Korene) of Columbus, NE, Carol Beckman (Lyle) of Kansas City, KS, Mary Kerres of St. Paul, MN, Joe Fehringer (Bobbie) of Columbus, NE, Kathy Gilsdorf (Dan) of Columbus, NE, Tom Fehringer (Julie) of Lindsay, NE and Steve Fehringer (D'Ann) of Broken Arrow, OK; and her siblings-in-law, Lois Dohmen (George) of Columbus, NE, Shirley Jarecki (Dave) of Lindsay, NE and Jim Formanek (Theresa) of Lindsay, NE. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and many friends.
