She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward "Ole" Iwansky and Bessie Iwansky (Suchan); her husband Maynard Joseph Geilenkirchen; her sons-in-law, John Bartak and Kenny Martin; and her siblings, Ed Iwansky (Gladys), Lorraine Morgan (Rich) and Dorothy Dohmen (Jim).

She is survived by : her children, Dave Geilenkirchen (Eilene) of Lindsay, NE, Carol Martin of Liberty, NE, Ted Geilenkirchen (Marcia) of Omaha, NE, Gail Mattke (Bob) of Grand Island, NE, Chris Geilenkirchen (Beth) of Norfolk, NE, Mary Speicher (Bill) of Columbus, NE and Neil Geilenkirchen of Lindsay, NE. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
