With profound sadness, we say goodbye to William R Raecke of Lincoln, Nebraska, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Raecke and Orral Raecke (Young); his siblings, Marjorie Jean Prince and Richard Raecke; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Prince, Viola Allen and Jeannine Sampson.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Allen; his nieces and nephews, Antonia Hughes (Rich), Marian Schmid (Larry), Ann Johnson (Doug), John Prince (Tami), Susan Smith (David), Dyan Carlson (Jay) and Joe Raecke; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Allen and Georgia Raecke.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Butherus, Maser & Love Funeral Home (4040 A St, Lincoln, NE 68510). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:15 AM at the Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery (6700 S 14th St, Lincoln, NE 68512).
Memorials are suggested to the Sesostris Shrine, Eagles Club #147 or the University of Nebraska Marching Band.
