He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Lanz; his brother Hugh; and his parents, Harold Allen and Talma Allen. He is survived by: his daughter Darcy Marlow (Jeff); his grandchildren, Trevor Marlow, Derek (Alissa Marlow), Richard Marlow and Elizabeth Marlow; and his son Jeffrey Todd (Michelle).
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to the Rock County Historical Society.
